1- If I begin the process to purchase a watch, can the price change before my purchase is completed?
Our prices may change at any time. But price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. Once your order is accepted by us, your price is guaranteed.
2- What currency is used for pricing on your website?
All prices quoted on our website are in Arab Emirates Dirhams. The buyer is responsible for the exchange rate and should note that all payments must be made in Arab Emirates Dirhams. Refunds may be affected by exchange rates and will also be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
3- What forms of payment do you accept?
We try to accommodate as many standard forms of payment as possible. They include: Debit cards, Credit cards, Cheque (funds may take up to 5 working days to clear), Bankers draft, Direct Bank transfer and Cash (up to and not to exceed AED100,000)
4- What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the products you receive from Timepiece360. However, there is always the possibility of an exception; you should inspect your product(s) as soon as possible after delivery and check for any defects. You must notify us within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery and return any faulty product to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details. If all the conditions are met and the product is found to be defective, Timepiece360 will either replace your product, “like for like,” repair the product or refund your payment, in full, including the normal postage charge.
5- How do you verify the authenticity of a watch?
Timepiece360 takes great pride in our verification process. We have developed relationships with top experts in the field: jewelers, dealers, always third-party sources who are totally impartial and well-respected in the industry.
6- Will I receive documentation of authenticity with my purchase?
Timepiece360 always includes our Document of Authenticity with every purchase from our own collections of watches and for every product we source for our customers.
7- Can I buy a product from your website if I live outside of the United Arab Emirates?
Absolutely. Timepiece360 welcomes our customers from all around the world. Unfortunately, there is a very short list of countries that we may, currently, be unable to accommodate with deliveries and we will notify you if your order falls under that category.
8- What is a “pre-owned” watch?
The definition of a “pre-owned watch” is really very simple: any watch that has had a previous owner. For example, even if a watch is virtually “brand new” and simply an unwanted gift being placed for re-sale, it is considered a “pre-owned” and it’s price is reduced. Timepiece360 offers such “new” watches and they are an exceptionally good value for our customers.
9- Are pre-owned watches “antiques” and do you carry a selection of them?
Pre-owned watches are not antiques, by definition, but a pre-owned watch could also be an antique. Generally speaking, an “antique” watch is, at least, 100 years old. Then there are “vintage” watches that are, at least, 25 years old. Sometimes the term “vintage” is applied to watches of a certain era, i.e. “That is a vintage Star Wars Watch” (from the 70’s). AND, sometimes people use the terms inter-changeably. Occasionally, we may obtain an antique watch in our collection, but most often we source them for you upon special request. It may take a bit more time, but we make every effort to fulfill your “wish watch.”
10- What happens if you sell an item that I was in the process of buying?
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to update our inventory in a timely manner, sometimes products are sold and then requested for purchase, simultaneously. If we are unable to supply you with the requested product, we will notify you by email, and not process your order.
11- Does Timepiece360 ever buy watches directly for themselves?
Sometimes, depending upon the brand, model and condition, we do buy watches directly from the seller. This works well when we believe there will always be an interest in the item and the seller may want to complete a speedy transaction.
